International Shipping Update

Hello Everybody -
Once the domestic packages all shipped, Kraken was supposed to send the pallet of books to Europe with a pallet of games from their sister company, Deep Water Games. Once they reached Europe, we'd complete all our international shipping.
Unfortunately, the last two months have seen me chasing Kraken on a weekly (and sometimes daily) basis for an update with no firm responses. As of about two weeks ago, all communication from Kraken has pretty much ceased.
The good news is that I'm now in touch with the warehouse (that has the books) directly. I'm working with them now to get this wrapped up and we're ironing out a couple details.
The next books to ship will be those to Canada and South America. Once those have shipped, and I'll give an update on that as soon as I have it, we'll be shipping to the rest of the world.
I don't have dates - as I said, I'm waiting on some details from the warehouse and I literally do not have a timeline yet on when those will arrive. But, as soon as there are dates, I'll get those to you.

Shipping Update!

Hello folks!
So first and foremost - as of yesterday, Kraken Print, who is fulfilling the project, confirmed that ALL remaining domestic shipping is packed, postage is paid, and the shipment is scheduled for pick-up on Tuesday by the USPS. That means, if you are in the US, you'll finally be getting your books in the next couple weeks.
Tracking will be made available for those that want it.
For International backers - your books are all packed as well and we are working with Kraken to get your books overseas and local before sending. In the long run, this will take a bit longer, but it will be cheaper for you as we should be able to greatly decrease the VAT cost that would be on you. That said - Kraken has not given me a precise order in which the books will be shipped or where all the books will be shipped specifically to begin with.
We'll keep you updated on this as we get more information.

Shipping Has Started!

Hello folks -
It's been confirmed by Kraken that all packages have been packed and that shipping started this past Friday. We're doing this in waves, starting with domestic orders first - so the first wave is out and I'll let you know when the next wave begins shipping.

Fulfillment Update

Hello folks!
Just a quick update on fulfillment.
We should be set on backer information and I'll be giving all the info a once over tonight and tomorrow morning before I send it all over to Kracken to begin fulfillment. If you sent me an email about changing your address, you'll be getting a confirmation from me either tonight or tomorrow.
Once I confirm the first wave of material going out, I'll let you know immediately.

Fulfillment Update + Call for Final Addresses

I had a very productive call with our fulfillment company yesterday and we've started to lock down fulfillment for the book, finally.
That means, we need to finalize all of your addresses. If you need to update your address, didn't get a survey, or lost your survey email, please go here and update it -

The plan right now is to start with the domestic backers and then we'll move on to international backers. As soon as the first wave of books ships out, we'll let you know. I don't have a specific date yet, but it'll happen before the end of April - as soon as I have a date, you'll have a date.
